Reception / Admin Clerk – Amanzimtoti

We need a female Receptionist / Admin Clerk to assist with the following activities;1.

Quality check, scanning in and emailing of all paperwork and reports daily and timorously.


The work consists of answering the phone, taking messages, handling queries, etc.3.

Ordering of Office Stationery, and lab consumables maintaining the record of outgoing and incoming stock.


Retrieving of Medical Reports and Histology Records.

This is a junior position, junior salary suitable for “school leaver’s” or people new to the job-market must have own reliable transport.

CVs not based in Amanzimtoti or max 40 kilometres from here will not be considered due to problems with delays and traffic must have a stable personal background as this can cause immense distractions and have an effect on work performance.

A mature ambitious outlook with a future and the ability to progress into other areas of the business in mind is preferred. We need a Team-Player. Must be well-groomed and professional.

Have exceptional communication skills verbally as well as written Time-off is not allowed during the last week of the month our busiest timeYou are required to work Mondays to Fridays from 08h00am to 17h00 and alternate Saturdays from 08h00am to 13h00.

After-hours work, it’s voluntary if you need to catch up.3 to 6 month probation period before a contract will be considered.
